1. SMS Program Description

Leadstream Suite LLC offers various text messaging programs to keep you informed and engaged. You may receive messages related to marketing promotions, special offers, important transactional updates regarding your account or services, conversational messages for support or inquiries, and one-time passcodes (OTPs) for security verification.

2. STOP Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that particular program. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START" to the same short code or phone number, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Opt-In Instructions

You can opt-in to receive SMS messages from Leadstream Suite LLC by providing your consent through our website form, by texting a keyword to our short code or phone number, or by otherwise explicitly agreeing to receive messages. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages and transactional messages from Leadstream Suite LLC to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Our website opt-in form presents two separate, independent checkboxes: one for transactional and conversational messages (replies, reminders, account/service notices) and one for marketing and promotional messages. You may opt in to either, both, or neither. Each checkbox is unchecked by default and requires your affirmative action. Replying STOP at any time will end all program messages from the originating number, regardless of which consent(s) you previously gave.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on the particular program you opt into and your interactions with Leadstream Suite LLC. On average, you can expect to receive approximately 8 messages per month, though this number may be higher or lower based on your activity and subscriptions.
